I love Crispy Bacon, but wasn’t a fan of pan frying. Grease spattering everywhere, is the part I dreaded the most! Sometimes I didn’t even want to cook Bacon, because of all that mess!
In 2014 a celebrity chef said, “Did you know you can cook Bacon in the oven?” I followed the Chef’s instructions and the Bacon did not turn out crispy! That’s how BaKrisp® Bacon Oven Racks all began!
The final decision moving forward in designing BaKrisp® Bacon Oven Racks was the unique angle to cook bacon differently than using a flat screen in the oven, or other flat techniques being used. That’s when I knew, BaKrisp® Bacon Oven Racks would become a hit with Bacon Lovers!
I’m a registered nurse, turned Bacon entrepreneur, who was looking for a better way to cook bacon with less mess! The Racks are uniquely designed for Crispy Cooked Bacon of all length and thicknesses. I love cooking Bacon now and I guarantee you will too!
